Starting out his career as a Sr. Structural designer with Simons Eastern Engineering for three years, Mr. Alaee successfully planned the production and coordinated the construction of several pulp, paper and chemical industrial building.
He went on to Browder & LeGuizamon Engineering in 1988, where he
was a Senior Structural Designer for 7 years, responsible for plan production
and coordination of retail stores and office buildings, involved in all
aspects of projects from production of drawings to field inspections of
projects.
Since 1995, Mr. Alaee has been building single-family residential homes in the Atlanta area, personally involved with all aspects of projects from planning and design all the way through completion. With more than 10 years of expertise as a residential home builder, and an additional 10 years of experience as a field inspector, Mr. Alaee is among the few builders in the country who is a Certified building Contractor ICC, Certified Professional Home Builder, Certified Residential Building Inspector, and holds a Residential Light Commercial license.
